By scheduling, requesting, or receiving junk removal or related services from Junk Removal Virginia Beach ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), or by using our website at junkremovalvirginiabeachva.com, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Junk Removal Virginia Beach provides on-demand junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related labor services throughout Virginia Beach and the surrounding Hampton Roads area. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location, volume, and item type.

We reserve the right to decline any job or item at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, medical waste)
• Explosives, ammunition, or flammable materials
• Items that pose a safety risk to our crew or equipment
• Items prohibited from disposal under applicable law

3. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing is based on the volume of items loaded into our truck, item weight, and applicable disposal fees. Estimates provided by phone, online, or on-site are free and non-binding until confirmed by our crew upon arrival.

A firm, all-inclusive price will be presented before any work begins. By authorizing us to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion. We do not charge hidden fees - the price quoted is the price you pay.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Invoices not paid at the time of service may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at (757) 745-0555 as soon as possible.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to $75 may apply to cover crew scheduling costs.
• Same-day no-shows: A no-show fee of up to $99 may be charged if our crew arrives and is unable to access the job site or make contact.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the property and/or the items to be removed, or you have the legal authority to authorize their removal.
• All items designated for removal are your property or have been legally abandoned.
• You will provide safe, clear access to the items and the job site.
• You will disclose any known hazards on the property (unstable structures, pest infestations, etc.) before work begins.
• Items do not contain hazardous, regulated, or prohibited materials unless disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

7. Property Damage

We take great care when working in and around your property. In the unlikely event that our crew causes damage to your property during the course of service, please notify us immediately. We carry general liability insurance and will work to resolve legitimate damage claims promptly.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items not designated for removal, or damage caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., overfilled dumpsters, structurally unsafe areas).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Junk Removal Virginia Beach's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Eco-Friendly Disposal

We make reasonable efforts to donate usable items to local charities and recycle eligible materials. However, we cannot guarantee that specific items will be donated or recycled, as this depends on the condition of items and availability of donation and recycling partners.

10. Website Use

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
